# Get the AI ticket board summary

> Returns the board's counts for top-level tickets: per status, per kind and priority, tickets needing a human, tickets in flight, tickets done in the last 7 days, and open tickets assigned to the caller or to each agent. Accepts the same narrowing filters as the ticket list, so the counts match the rows it returns.
