# Resume Ankra for an application (browser session)

> Lifts the application's pause, so what Ankra does unasked on its placements runs again under the application's own autonomy setting. Resuming an application that is not paused changes nothing and answers its current state. Each change is audited with who made it and the pause it lifted. Requires applications.write.
