Which guards a delete of this restore point meets on this platform, stated by the code that enforces them. Version 1: a restore point on hold or before its retain_until date is refused, and the last complete restore point of a protected stack is deleted only with the stack's name sent as confirm. Absent on a platform from before the guards; a client that deletes on someone's behalf must then not offer the delete.
