Remove a cluster from a mesh
Takes the cluster out of the mesh; the remaining members drop it from their peer lists. Requires clusters.write at organisation scope. An unknown mesh, or a cluster that is not a member, answers 404. Answers 404 while the organisation’s cluster_mesh feature flag is off.
