Bind a GitHub App installation
Binds a GitHub App installation that is already bound to another organisation into this one (a co-tenant bind) and creates its credential. The caller needs the credentials permission here and must administer an organisation the installation is already bound to. Error bodies carry detail.code and detail.message.
