Stream a run's updates
Relays a run as server-sent events: a connected event with the run, then an update event (the run’s fields plus type) whenever it changes, ending after the run reaches a terminal status. An error event ({"type", "message"}) ends a stream that can no longer read the run. A keepalive comment is sent every 15 seconds. Requires runs.read.
