Browser session authentication; any member of the organisation that owns the credential. Reads the Hetzner limits and usage behind this credential and normalises them into one dimension per limit-bearing resource, with the dimensions under pressure listed first and the path to raising a limit. Pass measurement_version=1 to keep an unreported used as null; without it an unreported usage is projected as 0, and remaining and utilisation_percent stay absent either way so no headroom is invented. Any other measurement_version answers 400. A credential of another provider or organisation answers 404; a provider API that refuses the read answers 400 with the provider’s detail.
