Diagnose node
Bearer PAT authentication; RBAC permission clusters.operate. Dispatches the read-only scaleway_node_diagnose job, the REST twin of the assistant’s ssh_diagnose_node: over the platform’s bastion SSH lane it snapshots the node’s OS-level state (the Kubernetes service unit and its journal, disk, memory, uptime, the kernel log, the firewall path to the API server) and classifies the symptoms without changing anything on the host, and waits for the report within a bounded budget; a slower job answers the operation ids to poll. Repeated calls attach to an in-flight run instead of dispatching duplicates. Browser mutations require CSRF.
