Remove a service consumer binding
Requires the applications rollout flag and live membership intersected with token scopes. Removing a binding requires applications.deploy, clusters.operate and clusters.read, and the binding’s current revision as expected_revision. A binding a service that has not been released was planned with is kept (409); retire the service first. A pending review naming the binding no longer confirms. A binding whose cluster or application has since been removed can still be removed. No deployment changes. Browser mutations require CSRF.
