Claims one approved action under a plan-level approval, once, before the caller performs it: the gate an Ankra AI run or an MCP or API caller passes to act on the approver’s single approval instead of asking again. Refused unless the approval is the caller’s own, unexpired and unrevoked, the application’s live Launch Plan still hashes as approved, the action is in the approved list and not yet claimed, and the caller still holds the action’s permission. Answers the action with the tool that performs it and its bound parameters. Requires applications.write. Audited, refusals included.
