Read a stack draft
Returns one stack draft on the cluster with the full content of the members it holds, including the manifest bodies and add-on values the stack listing elides. Use it to review a draft, or to promote the draft of an already-deployed stack through PATCH /stacks/{stack_name} with its draft_id. Answers 404 with code DRAFT_UNKNOWN for a draft that never existed on the cluster, and 410 with code DRAFT_TOMBSTONED for one that was discarded or deployed.

Draft read with optional writer evidence
Keys are kind:name. Legacy changes with no writer evidence are absent. Values changes are attributed to their add-on.
