Re-runs the deployment jobs of the stack’s members this call picks, in dependency order, and answers the operations it started and the members it skipped with the reason for each. force=true is for a manifest whose apply failed with an error reading conflict with "<manager>": the manifests among the re-run members apply with server-side apply force-conflicts for this redeploy only and are listed under forced_resource_ids, nothing is stored on the stack, and the conflicting fields on the live objects are overwritten with the stack’s values. Members it does not re-run and add-ons are not forced, and an application member’s apply forces conflicts either way. Requires stacks.deploy on the cluster, and force=true also requires clusters.write on it, held by the member and allowed by the token; a caller without them is refused with 403.
